RETURN OPTIONS
You have 14 days to return a product without giving any reason, starting from the day you received the item.
Items may only be returned if unused and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging with the original price tag attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and you may choose any courier service for your return shipment.

RETURN CONDITIONS
– Returns are only accepted within the 14-day return period.
– Items must not have been worn and/or washed.
– Items must be free of food stains, make-up stains, body odors and/or cigarette odors.
– No attempt has been made to repair a defect.
– For hygienic reasons, jewelry and lingerie cannot be returned.
– Cosmetic products (e.g. creams) cannot be returned.
– The original price tags must still be attached to the item.
– Where reasonably possible, the item must be returned in the original packaging.
– The risk of return shipping lies with the buyer.
– Insufficiently stamped or unpaid return shipments will not be accepted.
– Product and/or delivery defects must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery, including a description.
– If our return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to send the shipment back to you and charge you for the shipping costs.

COMPLAINTS
Is an item damaged? Has your order not arrived? Whatever the complaint may be, please let us know.
You can contact us by sending an email to info@the-continental.nl.
Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your complaint and try to resolve it to everyone’s satisfaction.
We aim to respond to your email within a few days of receipt. If more time is needed, we will inform you. Our complaints procedure can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.
