HOUSE RULES

Everyone is warmly welcome at The Continental.

Due to the high demand, we have established a few house rules to guide the process and ensure that both clients and artists feel safe and comfortable.

The studio is open for walk-ins on Friday and Saturday between 11:00 and 17:00. We believe it is important that you feel at ease in our studio. We take our work very seriously and provide you with the highest possible quality—always in a relaxed atmosphere with good music. We kindly ask you to respect our studio/artists and to follow these house rules carefully.

Our studio follows the hygiene regulations of the Dutch Health Authority (GGD), which we have even tightened according to our own standards. Hygiene is our top priority!

When booking and attending an appointment, you may bring a maximum of one adult guest. Children are not allowed.
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This is non-refundable under any circumstance.
Clients under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will be refused. If this is discovered at the appointment, the session will be cancelled, and the deposit forfeited.
Pets are not allowed in the studio.
Food and drinks are only allowed in the waiting area.
No food or drinks are permitted at the artists’ workstations.
Smoking is not allowed in the studio.
The studio reserves the right to refuse projects that go against our principles and values, such as racist symbols or offensive signs/texts.
Please take personal hygiene and the impact of getting a tattoo seriously. Arrive clean and showered, try to sleep well, and eat beforehand. Ink may splash onto your clothing, and it will not wash out. We are not responsible for this, so please wear appropriate (old) clothing.
If you fail to attend your appointment, your deposit may be forfeited.
Any changes to a design must be discussed in advance; the artist reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment.
Every client receives a unique drawing/design. Please do not share this with others. Our artists create these exclusively for you and they may not be tattooed in another studio (unless otherwise agreed). For the best results, we ask for artistic freedom in our designs. This ensures you receive a one-of-a-kind piece. We will never reuse your design for another client.
Our artists manage their schedules in different ways. This will be explained to you at the studio. We always try to schedule you as soon as possible while keeping our waiting lists manageable.
